Sandown

1.30 Johnno has been running consistently and comes here on the back of a respectable 3rd at Newmarket. At 17/2 he has a good each way chance.

3.10 Lady’s First ran with great credit when 3rd at Ascot last time. A lightly raced type she looks value at 14/1.

3.45 Nathaniel and Bonfire are the two I like in the Coral Eclipse.

4.20 Glen’s Diamond was 2nd in the Yorkshire Cup and that run puts him in with a shout here.

4.55 My short list consists of Scrupul, Dandy and Oojooba. The latter probably has the best chance. Only beaten a neck here over a mile last time the extra distance should be in her favour.

Epsom

8.50 Tidal Way handles cut in the ground and looked to be returning to form when runner up at Sandown last time.

Haydock

2.20 Now My Sun is lightly raced and there could be more improvement to come. He has shown a liking for Haydock.

3.50 Hills of Dakota and Byronic Hero are my two against the field.

Newbury

9.05 Mizbah and Moidore are worth considering.

Yarmouth

2.10 The unraced Hasbah is the subject of some good reports.

4.10 Strada Facenda ran well last time out at Haydock.

Ffos Las

8.55 Secret City is on a career high mark but does have winning form on soft ground.

Pontefract

5.00 Saffa Hill and Tallevu are worth considering.

Windsor

9.10 Viscount Vert looks to follow up his win at Chepstow a week ago.

Wolverhampton selection

4.45 Ukrainian

Salisbury

3.40 Western Prize at 12/1 looks interesting. He is a lightly raced four year old with scope for improvement.

5.20 The once raced Gospel Choir is bred to improve with age and should go well.

salisbury

Windsor

2.45 At 12/1 Juvenal has an each way chance. He was 3rd to Bonfire as a 2 year old and has only been out of the first 3 once. He steps up to a mile here and that should be in his favour.

5.00 Flavius Victor may benefit from Richard Hughes on board to settle him into the race. He had had a tendency to pull in his races.

Chester

2.40 Rayvin Black put in a promising run at York last time on his handicap debut and may well be the answer here. Arley Hall is capable of better than he has shown this season and could be the danger.

3.10 The well bred Sun Central was third on his seasonal reappearance and should be fitter this time.

3.45 Looking for value here I would suggest a split stake between Decision by One and Zakreet.

Doncaster

6.05 The best of those that have run looks to be Bornean.

7.15 O’Gorman ran well last time out and has been dropped a couple of pounds by the assessor. He has an each way chance.

7.45 I thought about Beyond Conceit for this but he could be ground dependent

Lingfield

8.30 Autarch can follow up his win at Brighton.

Newcastle

3.20 Gulf of Naples

4.55 Party Line

Newmarket

3.35 Hoof It

4.05 Estifzaaz

5.15 Tawaasul

Chester

8.25 Clon Brulee is one to consider after winning on his handicap debut at Haydock. He has been raised 6 lbs for that success but is lightly raced and may have scope for further improvement. Third Half looks the danger. His only win thus far came on the all weather at Wolverhampton last season but his overall form this team warrants respect.

Doncaster

3.35 Jake’s Destiny and Chil the Kite are my main fancies here.

4.10 It might be worth taking a chance on Jonny Delta. Kieren Fallon has the ride on him for the first time.

4.45 Shada ran well on her only start as a juvenile last season.

Folkestone

5.40 Watheeq

Newmarket

8.40 Main Line
