12.30 Oldgrangewood won on his only start between the flags and could represent the value here.

Cheltenham
1.00 Drumlee Sunset is narrowly preferred to Altior
1.35 Garde le Victoire won on this card last season and looks to be the best of these.
2.40 Mick Jazz and Sign of a Victory are my selections. Devilment is another to consider.
3.50 Lisheen Prince showed an impressive turn of foot when winning his point to point. The Unit is very well thought of by connections and won the Newbury bumper, while Waterlord has already won 3 bumpers. At the prices The Unit each way is the selection.
Fontwell
1.50 Big Occasion has been off the course for over two years with injury but comes from a stable that can get a horse ready after a long layoff. He has won a Midlands National and finished runner up in the 2013 Scottish National. Reblis looks to be on a decent mark and stays well while Golden Chieftain is well handicapped on his best form which includes a Cheltenham Festival success.
Cheltenham
1.15 Un Temps pour tout is a grade 1 winner over hurdles in France and looks a very interesting prospect for staying novice chases.
1.50 Black Thunder is worth considering here. He won at Sandown last season off a slightly higher mark. Soft going probably suits him best. Further down the weights I would put up Sego Success as another to think about. My other fancy is. Sausalito Sunrise. My 123 would be 1 Sego Success; 2 Sausalito Sunrise 3 Black Thunder.
2.25 I will put a few suggestions again here. Boondooma, Darna, Johns Spirit and Cocktails at Dawn form my short list. Boondooma won here last month making all. Although he has gone up in the weights for that he can still be competitive off his new mark. I think that Darna is overpriced. He needs good ground and if he gets it he has an each way chance. John’s Spirit won this two years ago and generally runs well at Cheltenham. The form of Cocktails at Dawn’s win at Chepstow has worked out well.
1. Boondooma 2. Cocktails at Dawn 3. John’s Spirit 4. Darna.
3.35 There may be more to come from the consistent Herbert Park.
4.05 Which One is Which and Copper Kay are my selections.
Punchestown

2.15 Split stake with Champers on Ice and Shantou Village.
Exeter
3.40 Otago Trail
Huntingdon
1.10 Younevercall is looking to follow up his win at Uttoxeter last month. He is carrying a penalty but has a fair chance as long as the going is not too soft. Going right handed probably suits him.
Carlisle
1.45 It is always risky to oppose a Paul Nicholls runner but I am hoping that Kingsgate Native can land this for Colin Tizzard.
Southwell
3.10 Braavos
Ffos Las
1.30 Ma Du Fou
Navan
1.10 Tycoon Prince
Sandown
1.15 Sirabad
4.05 Chef D’oeuvre

12.45 Definite Outcome is well regarded by connections and has shown plenty of promise in his runs so far. The stable are not in great form which would be the only worry.
1.20 Caracci Apache looks the sort to do well in staying chases.
1.55 Our Kaempfer was a staying on 4th last time over a shorter trip.
Wincanton
1.30 Arpege D’Alene
2.05 A Good Skin
3.50 Bol D’Air

3.10 Disko

1.20 Marquis of Carabas will make a staying chaser in time but should give us a run for our money.
Musselburgh
4.00 Sand blast is the selection here.
