3.15 Heaven’s Guest has won 3 of his 8 career starts but all were on yielding ground. He ran well on a firm surface last time out when 4th of 19 at York. Ryan Moore rides him for the first time.
Secretinthepark has an even better strike rate having won 3 of his 4 starts. He is a course and distance winner but like Heaven’s Guest has gone up in the weights. Robot Boy comes here on the back of a success at Windsor and appears to be going the right way. Burning Blaze has been running well without winning and will handle the ground. This quartet can all go well but my selection is Burning Blaze with Robot Bot the main danger.

1.40 Dare to Achieve looks the one to be on in this. A winner at Pontefract last time out he was runner up to remote, twice a winner since, in his previous race.
3.15 Space Ship won a Chester maiden earlier in the season and ran well from a bad draw to finish 2nd at Ascot on his last run. He had a good chance here. Greeley’s Love can’t be ruled out. He ran well in second at Epsom at the beginning of June and there are possible excuses for his subsequent defeats and he remains on a winnable mark. My selection though is Tarikhi. A lightly raced sort he has only gone up 6lbs for his second in the Britannia at Ascot.
4.25 Montifidge is hard to oppose dropped in class.

3.30 Sir Graham Wade has come down the weights to a mark where he could well be competitive. Looks an each way shot at 16/1.
4.40 Mabait is on a lengthy losing sequence but is very well handicapped on his best form.
5.15 Red Avenger should be suited by the trip here.

1.30 Skytrain has an each way chance here although I have slight reservations about his ability to handle fast ground.
2.05 Tickled Pink and Duke of Firenze are the pair I like here with slight preference for the former.
2.40 Wentworth and Danchai are my two against the field.
3.15 There may be more to come from Auction.
4.25 Biographer looks to be on the upgrade and this trip should suit.
