1.10 Bucking the Trend was an easy points winner and finished runner up in a Ffos Las bumper. Her is one to consider as is Barenger who won a Newbury bumper before showing promise in a couple of runs over hurdles. Whisky Yankee is well thought of by his trainer and could eb the best of these.
2.40 Polly Peachum is related to Denman (pictured below) and has decent bumper form. Picture courtesy of the artist Lisa Miller.
2.50 Ma Filleule has some smart chase form in France and a good jumping pedigree. Should be good enough here over hurdles but the price looks skinny.
3.20 Satou will be suited by the trip and the ground as long as we don’t get too much more rain.
1.15 Buckers Bridge
1.30 Sleeping City crashed out at the second hurdles on Saturday but as long as that hasn’t dented his confidence he should go well here. The stable has not really started firing though which is a concern
5.00 Super Duty is an interesting newcomer to chasing. This trip will be on the short side for him but he may well be good enough anyway.
4.00 Pearls Legend
1.40 Seven Woods
2.40 Catch the Rhythm
4.55 Fox Run (danger Horatio Hornblower)
5.30 Josh’s Dreamway
2.10 Vintage Kid, a point to point winner at Tralee looks the likely victor here. It remains to be seen if he needs testing ground to show his best form. The 15/8 in the RP does not look over generous.
2.40 Melodic Rendezvous has top class bumper form and could be very good. Hereford bumper winner Mr Mole looks the danger.
3.10 Module won a competitive Cheltenham handicap hurdle in January before suffering a setback. His switch to fences now looks significant.
4.40 This is a tricky race with several in with chances. My two against the field would be Gullinbursti and Rocky Creek. The latter may perhaps have the edge.

Spirit of Shankly won a bumper under a penalty at Market Rasen which is never easy tom do. He faces some decent rivals in the Kempton 3.20 but at 5/1 he seems value.
